Fairmont Hotels & Resorts’ ‘Disappearing Bars’ Series: An Enigmatic Mixology Journey Arrives in Singapore in Collaboration with Belvedere Vodka
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, world-renowned hospitality brand and one of Accor’s leading luxury brands, is thrilled to reveal the latest location for its ‘Disappearing Bars’ series, bringing the pop-up favorite to Asia for the first time at Fairmont Singapore, which will kick off the 2026 series this May. Designed in partnership with Belvedere Vodka as a fleeting, one-of-a-kind experience, the Disappearing Bar at Fairmont Singapore will be held exclusively for two nights on May 5th and 6th, for a strictly limited run, with a finite number of tickets released for each evening, in line with the intimate scale of the concept.

Tickets to experience the Disappearing Bar at Fairmont Singapore are available for purchase from today HERE for SGD98++ per person. Tickets are limited and essential for this celebratory experience. Guests may select from two events: Tuesday, 5 May or Wednesday, 6 May, from 8.30pm to 11.00pm.

The journey commences as guests collect their personalized VIP key at check-in – but where will the evening take them? Marking the start of the evening with a welcome Belvedere cocktail and canapés at the hotel’s Fairmont Gold Lounge, guests are then whisked away to a transformed, typically inaccessible back-of-house space codenamed ‘The Laundry Plant’ for a 45-minute experience, reserved for just 40 guests each night. Here, guests will enjoy five signature cocktails from Belvedere’s Martini Collection in an unexpected space redesigned by Fairmont and Belvedere as the most elevated and surprising setting where heritage meets contemporary luxury.

The festivities then conclude at Fairmont Singapore’s ANTI:DOTE, where guests will select two cocktails from the unique Disappearing Bar collection, alongside a further selection of canapés prepared by the Fairmont Singapore culinary team, led by Culinary Director Chef Nicholas Issel.

“Belvedere has always played in the space where refinement meets a sense of play. With the transformation of Fairmont Singapore’s Laundry Plant, we step beyond the expected to create something more alive, where design, mixology, and atmosphere come together in a way that feels both elevated and unexpected,” said Gemma Parkinson, Chief Marketing Officer at Belvedere Vodka. “As part of Fairmont’s Disappearing Bar series, it is a transient playground that invites discovery at every turn. From signature serves to unplanned moments, Belvedere is not just part of it, it shapes it. Because when sophistication feels effortless and a little surprising, that is where we belong.”
For two nights only, this industrial, theatrical setting becomes a one-of-a-kind stage, where bartenders craft carefully curated cocktails served in detergent measuring cups, accompanied by edible bubbles and dry ice ‘steam’ – a playful nod to the venue’s origins, ensuring an experience brimming with surprise and sensorial intrigue. Throughout the evening, live DJ sets by Fairmont’s audio partner Devialet, globally recognized for its innovative sound technologies, elevates the guest experience to another dimension, engulfing the atmosphere with immersive soundscapes, combining exceptional mixology, music and multi-sensory storytelling.

“Fairmont hotels are renowned as dynamic social epicenters, where culture and community naturally converge. With our new ‘Disappearing Bars’ concept, we’re amplifying this tradition, offering guests immersive, time-limited experiences that redefine the unexpected within our hotels and resorts,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, Chief Brand Officer, Raffles Fairmont. “The imaginative and surprising transformation of Fairmont Singapore’s laundry plant exemplifies the celebratory and creative spirit of Fairmont, and we look forward to it ‘Making Special Happen’ for all who encounter this unique experience.”

Following a successful debut last Autumn at Fairmont Royal York, the ‘Disappearing Bars’ concept will surface at a select number of Fairmont destinations across the year, with each location revealed in due course. Conceived as a series of fleeting, one-off experiences, each edition will appear for a limited time before vanishing without a trace, transforming unexpected spaces within each property into immersive cocktail environments. Each destination will offer a distinct ambience and programme, showcasing the creativity, personalization, and immersive storytelling that Fairmont properties are famous for.
