We stayed at Kandugyap House by the Sea on our recent Bantayan trip, and we’d say we’re quite happy with our overall experience here. Aside from its strategic location — it is close to top Bantayan tourist spots like Omagieca Mangrove Garden, Ogtong Cave, and The German Ruins Cliff Diving spot — this Bantayan resort has its own private beach and swimming pool. And did you know that it is one of Camp Sawi’s filming locations? This is another top Bantayan Island resort we would highly recommend if you are looking for a serene natural environment without being too far from Bantayan’s happenings.

At Santa Fe Beach Club, you will arrive in a beach paradise the moment you set foot in Santa Fe Port as this Bantayan resort is just beside it, about eight minutes by walking. You won’t need to walk though as the resort provides free shuttle service to and from the port. Aside from its ideal location, what’s even more wonderful here is that you’ll enjoy the perks of free access to Ogtong Cave and Sandira Beach (previously Paradise Beach). These top Bantayan tourist spots have entrance fees but if you stay at Santa Fe Beach Club, you won’t have to pay them. Quite a steal, if you’d ask us!

Aside from the resort’s amenities like the swimming pool and the beach, you will also be in close proximity to other top Bantayan Island tourist spots like The Ruins and Sandira Beach. When we visited Ogtong Cave before, we were curious about what it’s like to actually stay here for a night or two. Maybe next time.
