We stayed at Kasa Boutique Hotel on several occasions, and we can say that it didn’t disappoint, from the polite staff to the clean, comfy rooms with dorm options. It also has a shared kitchen on the upper floor, complete with utensils and a refrigerator to keep your food and drinks. For its price, it truly is a value-for-money accommodation in Cebu City.
